Viviane Williams is the founder and CEO of VW Academy, and a specialist in professional presence and behavioral development the skills that determine how people are perceived before they speak, and long after they leave the room.

Certified in Corporate Etiquette (London) and Image Consulting (Paris), and a member of WACAC the Western Association for College Admission Counseling Viviane brings a methodology grounded in international standards and validated in real professional environments across the United States and Brazil.

Her work reaches high school students, college professionals, corporate teams, and women leaders through programs designed to develop the four core competencies that define professional performance: Perception, Behavior, Communication, and Connection.

She is also the author of Dress Yourself, published in the United States and Brazil, and has delivered training at UCLA and through programs across the U.S.

Viviane doesn't teach people how to look the part. She develops the behavioral foundation that makes them ready for any room with clarity, confidence, and strategy.

On August 13th, I delivered my keynote at the Influent Summit in São Paulo, Brazil the largest Creator Economy event in Latin America, which gathered more than 5,000 participants on August 13th and 14th. The presentation introduced an innovative perspective on how perception, psychoanalysis, and strategic communication transform the way leaders and creators build authority in today’s market.

It was a meaningful exchange of experiences, insights into the challenges of local entrepreneurship, and, above all, the chance to build connections that may lead to new opportunities and future collaborations.
