1. Eligibility for Cancellation
You may cancel your registration for any VW Academy training or workshop according to the timelines below.

2. Refund Policy
- 14 days or more before the event: Full refund, minus processing fees (if applicable).
- 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but credit may be applied to a future training (at VW Academy’s discretion).

3. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@vivianewilliams.com.br
Include your full name, event name, and reason for cancellation.

4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

5. Event Rescheduling or Force Majeure
If VW Academy cancels or reschedules the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, natural disaster, technical issues), participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a new date.

6. Changes to This Policy
VW Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with an effective date.
