VW Academy fills that gap with professional presence training aligned with SEL and CASEL frameworks, designed specifically for high school programs including AVID, IB, DECA, and ETHOS. As a WACAC member, Viviane Williams brings the perspective of college admission directly into your school.

What Schools & Programs Does
VW Academy prepares high school students with the behavioral and communication skills that determine how they are perceived in college interviews, internships, DECA competitions, and early career settings. The program is available as a free 45-minute pilot workshop, a 4h30 full session, or a customized 4–6 session series for AVID, IB, or CTE cohorts. Eligible for PTSA and CTE funding.

  •  Interview behavior and professional etiquette
  •  Networking and the invisible codes of professional environments
